My Exercise Equipment

Here I will list all the equipment I use to train every day.

Elliptical Trainer - Cardio Workout:

What is it?

An elliptical trainer (also sometimes called a cross-trainer) is a stationary exercise machine used to simulate walking or running without causing excessive pressure to the joints, hence decreasing the risk of impact injuries. Elliptical trainers offer a non-impact cardiovascular workout that can vary from light to high intensity based on the resistance preference set by the user

What does it look like?

Joey Fit Routine:

Begin with a 4 minute warm up (60% max HR)
Proceed to 1 minute at 70% max HR
Follow with 30 seconds at 85% max HR
Take intensity back to recovery for 1 minute at 60% max HR
Complete the above 10 times if possible, and follow with a 1 minute cool down.
Repeat this 5 - 10 times depending on your strength.

Stability Ball:

What is it?

An exercise ball is a ball constructed of elastic soft PVC with a diameter of approximately 35 to 85 centimeters (14 to 34 inches) and filled with air. The air pressure is changed by removing a valve stem and either filling with air or letting the ball deflate. It is most often used in physical therapyathletic training and exercise. It can also be used for weight training. The ball, while often referred to as a Swiss ball, is also known by a number of different names, including balance ball, birth ball, body ball, ball, fitness ball, gym ball, gymnastic ball, physioball, pilates ball, Pezzi ball, sports ball, stability ball, Swedish ball, therapy ball, or yoga ball.
